'Future of Retail' was a piece with several overlapping goals. Firstly, the piece highlights the founding of Charlotte's Retail Design Institute chapter and some of the initial events held in support of the chapter.

 

Conversation centers around where retail is headed, the importance of customer experience, and the state of the brick-and-mortar. Ultimately, the piece touches on Gensler's first hand experience with all of these issues and positions the firm as a thought leader in this space.
